I try with other page that i did and open editor but with the demo file not work and the problem is what ? i don t understand

We do not have this problem on your demo or test sites, so we suppose it could be some conflict between Elementor and your Server, so we went to this page: https://travel-shirt.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor#tab-advanced > then enable the Switch Editor Loader Method https://prnt.sc/nZWjiamg-6n7

Everything is now working fine.
