Hi there,
Our license and support expired so we just purchased a new license.
Please assist with instructions on how to delete the current purchase code and to install the new one. We have already deleted the old license in the 8theme account. There was no option provided to Deactivate according to the pop-up which appeared when clicking the Unregister button.

Clicked on the Unregister button as directed but it brings up the instruction popup again.
Is there a way to add screenshots?

Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can try re-register XStore on your site.
Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool can be used to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.
