    Hello, @coffeedog,

    1. We have taken the time to review your website in response to the concerns you raised about the functionality of the brand and category features within the panel. Upon examination, we are pleased to inform you that both the Category and Brand widgets are operating correctly on the shop page sidebar. It is worth noting that occasionally, issues with the browser cache can lead to such discrepancies. We kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache and then revisit your site to see if the issue persists.

For your convenience, we have prepared a visual guide to assist you with this process. You can access the video tutorial via the following link: https://streamable.com/50nezj

    1) We appreciate your vigilance in reporting the matter concerning the ‘Filter Product by Categories’ widget. This particular widget is designed to display only the parent categories, which explains why only two categories were visible, as these are the only parent categories to which products have been assigned on your site.

Should you wish to include child categories in the display, we suggest utilizing the ‘Product Categories’ widget that comes standard with WordPress. This widget is capable of showing both parent and child categories, thus offering a more complete view of your product categories and their related items.

    2) As for the Brands section, it currently showcases only two brands, which corresponds to the number of brands that have been assigned to your products. To feature more brands in the frontend, additional products will need to be associated with those brands.

We trust this information will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Yours sincerely,
    The 8Themes Team
