Création d’Email – multi langue + personnalisation des champs

Bonjour,

Je rencontre deux problèmes lors de mes personnalisations d’e-mail via le builder Email du thème.

1) Pourriez-vous svp m’expliquer comment je dois faire pour les e-mail des utilisateurs dans d’autre langue ? Comment se passe la traduction ?

2) Je souhaite ajouter les informations liées aux clients qu’il inscrit lors de son inscription (adresse ) Voir capture d’écran ici: https://we.tl/t-bgpkIq7Awk
Quelles code dois-je ajouter pour faire apparaître ces informations dans le mail ”nouveau compte” car il n’existe pas à ma connaissance un shortcode pour le faire. Merci beaucoup

Good morning,

I thank you for your feedback.

I want to use a plugin but I haven’t made my choice yet. Is there one that has better compatibility with the theme?

For the registration form, I use the default fields for the address. I added fields with a ”Custom Field’ plugin from woo commerce) But this does not concern the address fields.

One more question, how do I know where the shortcodes will look for the information?

For example, I want to insert the first and last name of the customer with the short code but nothing appears. On the other hand, the account has the first and last name fields filled in.

Hello, I understand well, however I do not use a special plugin to collect this information. These are the basic woo commerce fields and I use the usual shortcodes in the application. See the following screenshots: https://we.tl/t-gmhVg0S34e

Thank you for your response.

As you can see, we replace {customer_name} shortcode with WooCommerce generated value based on order -> https://prnt.sc/ErQuDpsxKfbH ($order->get_formatted_billing_full_name())
1/ Could you try to use instead of {customer_name} -> {first_name} or combination of {first_name} {last_name}
2/ Did you check how it works with another order? Maybe the order you are sending for testing reasons is broken with such data you need to output in email.
3/ How does it work with default (non-builder) emails ?
