    Hello, can you look at it again?

    I have tried clearing between the memories on the web and from the mobile, I have cleared all the memories and it still doesn’t work, the problem was brought to my attention by a customer.

    I tried another browser, computer and phone

    I’ll upload a video of me deleting everything and it doesn’t work

    To resolve your issue, kindly adhere to the following steps provided.

    1/ Upon thorough investigation, we have verified the functionality of the same option on our test site, and it is working correctly. The issue only persists on your site

    We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello, I have made many attempts and have not found a solution, at the moment there is no cachce program on the site and on the hosting all shut down

    It is now evident that the issue at hand is not associated with the XStore parent theme, but rather with the modifications made to the Child theme. As such, we must clarify that our responsibilities do not extend to customizations applied to the Child theme.

    Hi, thanks for the response and I fully understand that this is “not your responsibility” to address but

    My colleague said : but I think that’s a template. Child template is without all the extra features that are otherwise there.

    I even tried deleting something and then undoing it but the problem persists

    plus XStore Child Theme based on your installation

    Anyway, even in our video it doesn’t work as it should because if you change the number of pieces in the outbound panel, it doesn’t recalculate there either.
