I think there’s something wrong with my theme.

I think there’s something wrong with my theme. I suddenly opened the site and it turned out like this, but it doesn’t even seem to apply style, what’s the problem?
Header and all pages are out of layout. I think is deactivated just padding,margin, textstyle
Even if I modify it, it doesn’t work when I press pubilsh.
Is there a problem with this?

I think there is a problem with the css file other than the problem I provided you. I would appreciate your help. I don’t think I can read the layout, textsyle file, which part is wrong?
