1/ We kindly request that you clear your browser’s cache and subsequently verify the Private Content area. Upon completion, please inform us whether this resolves the issue. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could specify which browser you are utilizing.
2/ Regarding the translation matter, it was conducted using Loco Translate for both the theme and the Core plugin. Initially, the translations were not visible, which we suspect was due to caching issues. However, they did become apparent after a period of time.
