Trouble with Xstore Theme: Product Pages Displaying Blank

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with my issue. I purchased the Xstore theme a few days ago and am currently setting up the shop. When I click on the respective product on the shop page, only an empty Xstore page appears (empty meaning the header and footer are there, but the product is not). I can edit the product, add photos, text, etc. No problem at all! However, as soon as I click on “View Product Page,” the aforementioned empty page appears.

Please go to Theme Options > WooComerce > Single product builder > disable the builder or add elements into the content area there.
