HI,
I I cannot install the WpBakery plugin – the message is: Plugin installation failed
Please help.
You have access to the website because I gave it to you today 🙂
Hello, Peter,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Themes include a number of perfect third-party plugins that greatly increase the theme opportunities and open new horizons for your store/blog. The installation of included plugins will be required once after the theme activation.
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.
You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Upon review, we have noted that you have successfully installed the Elementor plugin on your website. Consequently, there is no requirement to install the WPBakery plugin. We kindly advise you to choose one page builder to utilize, as employing both simultaneously could potentially lead to compatibility issues.
Should you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thanks.
Personally, I don’t like using the Elementor editor, it’s less user-friendly for me and slows down my work. I prefer to work on wp-bakery.
Will everything work properly if I install it for this theme?
I will probably have to use elementor, because I probably won’t be able to do what is in this template on wpbakery.
1. Can I get these elements from photo no. 1 on wpbakery?
2. How to change the appearance of this elemntor template to the one in photo no. 2?
I see that this module is called “post by layout”, but I would like to have my graphics, not posts, in the setting I wrote. And I will link these graphics to the appropriate place.
Hello, Peter,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We are pleased to confirm that XStore is fully compatible with WPBakery, allowing for its use without any issues.
1/ We suggest attempting to utilize the Post Masonry Grid feature within WPBakery to see if it meets your needs.
2/ To assist you further, could you please provide a more detailed description of the outcome you are aiming for, as well as specify the builder you wish to use?
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Regarding point 1: As I wrote at the end of the message, I do not want to have posts there, only graphics to which I will set links.
And how can I change it on the Elementor – regarding point 2?
Hello, Peter,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We suggest that you explore the use of Banner elements, as illustrated in the following example: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/banner-element/. Should this not meet your requirements, we kindly advise reaching out to the Elementor plugin support team for further guidance on accomplishing your objectives.
Best Regards,
