Hi,

Great theme. However i do have an issue with the way my product category page are being displayed. From what i know about Woocommerce it’s as if woocommerce.php file is missing there by causing some css compatibility issues. Therefor i created a woocommerce.php file and it worked but your theme functionality no longer worked so i have to delete it. Please help. It is quite urgent.

Hello,

You’re using old theme version. Please update it
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (“1.5 Theme Upgrade”)
Also you need update Visual Composer, Ultimate VC Addons and Revolution Slider plugins.
You can get them at this link:
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Don’t forget to create a back up of the files and database before update.

Hi,

I have updated the theme but it’s still the same. Although i have not updated the plugins i don’t think the could be the reason for the bad layout of the product category pages. Once i get this solved, i will update the plugins. Please this is quite urgent.

Hi Eva,

I have done that but it’s still the same. However i see WPBakery Visual Composer needs to be updated as well but i don’t see the link among the list on the page. Please i need to resolve this problem as soon as possible as i am on a deadline.

Please update the theme to 1.6.1 version.
If the problem still persists after update please provide us with FTP credentials as well.

The reason was you didn’t close tag <div class="fl"> in Text widget in the “Shop Sidebar” area.
Now the issue is fixed.
Please clear browser cache and check your site.
