Hi, I’m translating my website with WPML. When I try to translate the Sale Icon Text in the translated language appears only a symbol “{“.

    Can you help me?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Upon reviewing the link you shared (https://prnt.sc/7kHFSZOH8bIB), we would like to request the URL of the page where the issue is present, along with temporary wp-admin credentials. This will enable us to thoroughly examine your settings and provide a more accurate resolution.

    Hello,

Thank you for temporary wp-admin access, but you did not show the problem to us.

https://prnt.sc/7kHFSZOH8bIB – the problem does not appear to be evident. To assist you more effectively, could you please supply us with a screenshot that clearly depicts the issue, along with the URL of the page where the problem can be observed?

Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool can be used to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Hi Luca. It’s the same website, there are only one installation of wordpress/woocommerce.
The original language is Spanish and we are translating it to Portuguese.

The text (sale icon with percentage) in Spanish works well, in Portuguese not (with or without html tags inside of it). I need with html to do the right styling.

We are making the translation with WPML and that text exactly with “String translations”. I share you (in private) the direct link to see where to modify the translation.

    Best Regards,
    Javi.

    Hi @javi_web,

The sale texts format is wrong: https://prnt.sc/L5hA1mwWEzgJ, the correct format should be:

     {sales_text} %s

We’ve already fixed it for you. Now everything is working fine:
