Product Video is not displaying after installing Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce

    I’ve production variation and also different gallery images for those variation. So I’ve installed Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce plugin to get the functionality. But after installing this plugin video is not being displayed on product page.

    1/ We would like to inform you that the use of a third-party plugin for the variation gallery is not necessary. The functionality you require can be accessed directly through our platform. Please navigate to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce (Shop) >> Single Product Builder, and enable the ‘Variation Gallery’ option to utilize this feature.

    Furthermore, please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

    2/ If you wish to use the Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce plugin then

    Activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

    Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

    This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

    Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

    3/ Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.
