PROBLEM WITH CART PAGE UPDATING TO HAVE THE MESSAGE OF CONGRATULATION ON PROGRESS BAR

hello
before i have the cart page update without clicking on the refersh button on the browser to have the progress bar full when the total is aver 180 $ but now i should click the refresh button or click to checkout to have the cart update notification
