Free Shipping in the side bar “Free Shipping over $299”

I’ve tried removing free shipping in the side bar and it still says “Free Shipping over $299” and I have tried to find this in the maual and and previous questions from others.

1/ Regarding free shipping over $49, please go to Theme Options > Header builder > cart > edit mini cart promo message.

2/ Should the problem continue, we kindly request that you capture a screenshot of the issue and securely submit your site’s WP-Admin login credentials in the designated private content area. This will enable us to examine your settings in detail and provide the necessary assistance.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
