Reduce padding and white space on mobile

Hi,
I’ve set up a home page on our site https://linhai.ie and I’m happy with the padding and white space on desktop however I’d like to remove a lot of that on mobile devices. I have tried some custom css but haven’t had any luck resolving it. Is that something you can help me with please or point me in the right direction how to resolve it please?

I have attached a few screenshots below showing what I’m trying to remove/reduce.
