I’m currently utilizing FlyingPress for my website. However, I’ve encountered an issue where the header displays incorrectly on mobile devices, despite not adjusting any settings. Is it possible to create separate headers for mobile and desktop versions? Alternatively, could you provide a JavaScript or CSS solution to address this problem? It would be greatly appreciated, as the support from the optimization plugin company was simply to ‘fix the header myself.’ Thank you.
Hello, TimN2408,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

The Support now fixed the issue but they said I have to whitelist CSS selectors for the dropdown, because that is still bugged. Can you tell me which ones I have to enter so the dropdown does not look like this anymore, files or selctors.

Dear TimN2408,
We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented certain CSS selectors to enhance the functionality of the mobile menu. As a result, the mobile menu is now operating as intended. You can view the current performance at the following link: https://prnt.sc/gLXvio3trQk2
May we kindly request that you clear your cache in its entirety to ensure that the updates are reflected on your end?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Warm regards,

Hi thanks the CSS Part works when I disavle Delay all. Delay on in JS is active now and now the burger menu does not work and ok the console the are many errors. I probably have to exclude those scripts but I dont know which. Could you fix that too then you are amazing guys!
Dear TimN2408,
We would like to acknowledge that we have diligently added all the scripts associated with the XStore theme and the ET-Core-Plugin to the ‘Exclude scripts from defer’ and ‘Exclude scripts from delay’ fields. Despite these efforts, we regret to inform you that the JavaScript error messages persist:

Hello, thank you for your assistance. I’m currently in communication with Support. Unfortunately, I inadvertently left another tab open where the old configurations were still saved. Could you kindly add the CSS Selectors along with the Defer and Delay scripts once more? I apologize for the inconvenience. It would greatly assist me if you could replicate the previous setup, as shown in these screenshots:

. This mishap occurred because the old configuration was inadvertently saved in the other tab when I made adjustments to fonts. I would greatly appreciate it if you could replicate the setup as before. Thank you.
Dear TimN2408,
We are pleased to inform you that we have recently updated the CSS selectors and unique keywords for the “Defer JavaScript” and “Delay JavaScript” features.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi I cleared my cache and everything and the burger menu does not open, could you check that please?
Hi @TimN2408,
As we said in the previous replies, the Delay Javascript feature is not compatible with XStore for now.
If you activate Delay Javascript feature, the burger menu will not work. We’ve deactivated that function and now everything is working fine.
Best Regards,
