Wpbakery page builder not working backend editor

wpbakery page builder not working after update, just show all the code instead of the visual backend editor, I clicked on backend editor and noting happened

support staff only.

I clicked several times and nothing happened still not loading the backend WPbakery editor

checking again, it seems it is an error in the safari browser, in chrome it is not happening, thank you very much for your help
