Menu appearing twice on desktop view (mobile menu showing underneath)

Hi
My menu is appearing twice (mobile menu shows below desktop on the desktop version).
I have tried all the fixes on the below ticket, but it’s still not resolved:

Upon investigation, it was determined that the root cause of the issue was an unclosed CSS code segment located within the Xstore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS section of your website’s backend. Our team has addressed this by adding the necessary closing brackets to the CSS code.
