Hello,

when i am clicking on a image in my gallery automatically a lightbox opens.
I dont know why. Can you help me?

Thanks for fast reply!
Okay now the problem isnt there anymore, but now we dont have a lightbox when clicking on product image.

Is zoom and lightbox at the same time not possible?

We’ve activated Lightbox in Elementor settings back.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Should the issue persist and not be related to any third-party plugins, we request that you provide us with temporary FTP access credentials. This will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

Hello,

i deactivated all 3rd party plugins, except xstore and elementor and cleared cache of my browser.

Problem still exsits.
All other online shops i have made with xstore dont have this problem

Just one little thing:

Normally there is a slider in the lightbox.
Can we still implement this? Then everything is perfect.
I use xstore for 3 different stores and unfortunately haven’t had this problem yet

Okay, I didn’t know that both Single Product Builder are activated. I know how they both work.

Now, only the new Single Product Builder is activated and you have turned off the variation gallery. But why?

Is it not possible to use the new builder and the variation gallery?

Please I only want the variation gallery, surely that must work?

As you can see, there is still a problem.

Now the site is broken and no image variation

Maybe delete the custom code in function php which u have added or is there any other problem?

Hello dear Luca Rossi,

First of all, thank you very much for your work and the great support!
It works! That makes me very happy!

I will now switch on all single product templates and test it on all templates. Will it be fixed in the next update? I have 2 other stores with the same problem.

But that is less important, the main thing is that it works here in the current store! Thank you very much!

It works, but only if you set image thumbnails bottom in elementor.

We need the thumbnails of the gallery to the left of the image. If I do that, the gallery is no longer visible
