1. Navigate to “XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder.”
2. Make any modification and ensure you click “Publish” to save the changes.

Furthermore, we respectfully request that you disable the following options for optimal performance:

– Static block cache
– Menu cache
– Remove Query Strings From Static Resources

These options can be found under “XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.” Once you have completed these actions, please clear your web browser’s cache and check to see if the issue has been resolved.
