1/ WooCommerce does not have settings to change thank you page content. You can do this only by additional customization of xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php file. Copy this file to your child theme and edit it according to your needs. In case you need help with this you can submit a customization request from your account page on our site.
2/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with temporary access to the account used for the purchase, as well as the URL of the thank you page. This will enable us to examine the issue more closely and provide targeted support.
