I have translated, synced and updated from Dashboard>Update the language file but the string does not appear translated. I have searched and replaced in Woocommerce plugin Theme and Xstore core.
Still no change.
Hello, Ddstore,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding the translation issue you are experiencing. We understand how important it is for your website to function seamlessly in your preferred language, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We appreciate the efforts you have already made to translate, sync, and update the language files through the Dashboard, as well as your attempts to search and replace strings in the WooCommerce plugin, Theme, and XStore core.
This text https://prnt.sc/AlBCpWc4XVBd can be translated via Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,

Found it – but anyway, this is not feasable for us. We need the Woocommerce system content to be where it is – in translation files. There is exactly the same string of text in Woocommerce as depicted in the screenshot enclosed with this message.
Please see if for yourself. Why is the same message in two places?
When translating (system messages) it is important for us to rely on translation files not on text written around the settings of the theme.
This is one more reason why we changed our mind about your theme. There was no way we could see this in the demo.
Hello, Ddstore,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We would like to inform you that the situation at hand is not related to the theme being used. To illustrate this, we have activated the Storefront, which is the default WooCommerce theme, and encountered the same behavior as demonstrated in the following screenshots: https://prnt.sc/BEIBfWpw4gY2 > https://prnt.sc/_IoI1WSCN2Sv. Consequently, we believe that this matter should be directed to the WooCommerce plugin support team.
We are ready to provide any further assistance you may require. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can support you in resolving your questions.
Best Regards,

Here is another bug.
I filtered the products with a price range $489 – $959
When I pressed search no products were returned although there are products within this price range.
As I mentioned in the original request, I would like to get a refund. I have no confidence in your website and this correspondence is already costing me time. Please tell me if you would like us to continue this by opening a dispute on envato. In addition to that the price field disappears.
Hello, Ddstore,
Upon review, we have determined that the issue you’ve encountered is not a bug, but rather a situation that can be resolved with relative ease.
We understand that you have chosen not to provide us with wp-admin access, and we respect your decision to not invest additional time in this matter. Please be assured that we value your time as much as we do for all our clients and as our time.
In light of this, we are pleased to inform you that your request for a refund has been approved.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
