Blanco WordPress Landing page cattery images are not responsive how to fix i

Hi I bought theme theme and trying to learn and work on it , but always i have issue with first page category banners under the slider .It is very had to fix and insert now i have done all but the problem they are not responsive on they two images can anyone help me to fix exactly how .
