360 image is not loading on the product page

dear sir

good day to you!

we hope you will be fine, we are using the Smart Product plugin for 360 product images. But the 360 image is not loading on the product page

Specifically, you can achieve this by employing the Single Product Builder with the Elementor plugin. We have tried to use Xstore 360 product viewer on product page using elementor. The Xstore 360 product viewer only shows image of one product or specific one. We want to show 360 product images to all products. How can we achieve that using Xstore 360 product viewer

please help on this

1/ We regret to inform you that achieving your desired result with the XStore 360 product viewer widget is currently not feasible. While we understand this may be disappointing, we suggest considering the use of a third-party plugin as an alternative solution. Please be advised that if you choose to proceed with a third-party plugin, it will be at your own discretion and risk.

2/ If you are using the Smart Product plugin for 360 product images and facing issue, please activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.
