    Hello, Allen,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding the image clarity on your website.

To address this issue, we kindly ask you to review the following article, which provides detailed guidance on managing product images: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/

Based on the screenshots you have provided, it appears that you need to configure the thumbnail width to 380px. This setting can be adjusted by navigating to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images in your website’s dashboard. Once you have made this change, please proceed to regenerate the thumbnails using the appropriate plugin.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear Allen,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have observed that the Products Grid element appeared to have been affected by caching. Upon utilization of the Image Optimizer by Elementor – Compress, Resize, and Optimize Images plugin, it was noted that the product images became compressed, resulting in a loss of clarity. This issue persisted even after the deactivation of the plugin.

To address this, we have taken the initiative to remove the Products Grid element and subsequently reinserted it. Following this action, we are pleased to report that the image quality has been restored to its intended standard.

We kindly request that you clear your cache at your earliest convenience and verify the resolution of the issue.

Should you require any further assistance or have additional inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out.
