How to edit styling of my cart modal????

When i click on my cart a modal slides from the right side of the window. How can edit the styling? On hover effect, text size, etc. Check photo to see what modal I’m referring to

Pretty sure there is some setting somewhere to edit the hover effect.
I have beauty and cosmetics theme and when I hover over elements in shopping cart there is a blue background applied. The default theme doesn’t have this on hover effect so I must’ve changed it but in not sure where is the setting
