Variations As Simple Products problem with multiple attributes

Hello, I’m using Variations As Simple Products and i’ve discovered a bug when trying to filter products by attribute.

Let’s take for example this category:
https://zyko.ro/manere-usa/

For one product the filter works, for the other one (the round bar image) it doesn’t.

Here, i have 2 products that use one attribute for variations, the rest of attributes are only for info.

The attributes are shown in the sidebar filter area, but when clicked, it says no products found.

I figured out that if i check “use for variation” all the attributes -> save attributes -> select for each variation the attribute (see snip 1) -> save modifications -> uncheck the attributes that i don’t use vor variation and save again, the filters work.

If i let for each variation the default option “any…” (see snip 2), the filters won’t work.

Another problem is when an attribute has multiple terms – see “Utilizat pentru” tab, where all the terms are visible, but when clicked no products found. I cannot do the trick from above, because i cannot select all 3 terms for each variation.

I’ve created one test product, that is variable by color.

The other attributes (Brand, Utilizat pentru, Material) are not variations, just info. If you click any term in this 3 attributes, no product is found.

The only attribute that filters the products is the color attribute, because is used as a variation.

Currently, there is no ready-made solution available. The products must contain specific attributes for the correct functioning of this feature, in order to identify which products should be filtered, among many other technical considerations.

At this moment, we see two possible options:
1. Since the current performance of the Beta feature https://prnt.sc/gZ7jRTed_4xJ does not meet your requirements, you may choose to disable it and seek an external plugin that will work according to your needs and objectives.
2. Alternatively, we can offer additional customization. Our technical team can delve into the current situation and develop a custom solution by writing unique code specifically for you. You can request customization through your account on our website, where we can discuss the cost of such work. Alternatively, you may opt to engage an independent technical specialist on your own.
