Hi,
I’m facing a problem with the loading of the cart page and the check out page, I have activated rocket plugin but not works in these pages. They load very slowly. I communicated with my hosting in order to increase the use of CPU but there isn’t a great change. What else I should set up in order to make the pages load faster?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand how important it is for your cart and checkout pages to operate smoothly and quickly, as this is crucial for providing a positive user experience.
We appreciate that you have taken the initiative to activate the rocket plugin and have also communicated with your hosting provider to increase CPU usage. However, since you are still experiencing slow loading times, we would like to suggest a few additional steps that may help improve the performance of these pages:
1. **Caching Exclusions**: Ensure that the rocket plugin is configured to exclude the cart and checkout pages from caching. These pages are dynamic and should not be cached as they contain user-specific data.
2. **Plugin Conflict Check**: Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with the performance of your site. We recommend deactivating all other plugins temporarily to see if there is an improvement in speed. If there is, reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.
3. **Theme and Plugin Updates**: Make sure that your theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions. Outdated software can lead to performance issues.
4. **Content Delivery Network (CDN)**: If you are not already using a CDN, consider implementing one. A CDN can significantly speed up the loading of your site by serving your content from servers closer to your visitors.
5. **Optimize Images and Assets**: Large images and files can slow down your pages. Ensure that all images are optimized for the web and that you are using efficient file formats.
6. **Database Optimization**: Over time, databases can become bloated. Consider using a database optimization tool to clean up unnecessary data.
7. **Server Resources**: If the issue persists, it may be worth discussing with your hosting provider whether your current hosting plan provides sufficient resources, or if an upgrade is necessary.
Please try these suggestions and let us know if you see any improvements. If the problem continues, we would be happy to take a closer look for you. You can provide us with temporary access to your site’s admin area, and we will conduct a more thorough investigation.
Best Regards,
