Products are randonly disappearing after editing them as if they never existed. Now when I log in as my Super admin acct and go to the my account dashboard, it shows me logged in as another vendor acct and shows me all of their products.
I had a seller that has no admin access try to login and they used their seller acct info to login but in the my account dashboard it logged them in as MY regular admin account and gave her access to ADMIN menus and certain functions but not others.
What a complete nightmare and mess this theme is creating for me right now!
Need help asap as I cant have sellers or customers able to login and have admin access.
I have put site into maintenance mode but it won’t keep them out if they are getting logged in as the admin!

1/ Could you please check how it works with default WordPress themes like (Storefront) under WP-dashboard > Appearance > Themes, to understand is it our theme issue or not? Let us know the result.

Earlier someone found that the theme was not registering correctly so they fixed that but that then seemed to cause a major issue that had user accts getting all mixed up, people were signing in using their logins but seeing someone else’s accounts and products.
We had to restore the site back to before the theme was “fixed” for registering and everything is back where it was, but I am concerned that with theme not showing registered that it will keep making products disappear randomly
I need the registration fixed again. I just took a backup so all good there.

I think I fixed it. It looks like the purchase code they used was from over a year ago instead of using the renewed support key that I provided them. I will keep ticket up until I know for sure that the issue is resolved.
