Breadcrumb sizing – somehow it is now taller than it was before

Can you help and assist with the breadcrumb height? What controls this in the theme settings?

The top image is the breadcrumb now. The bottom is how I want the breadcrumb to appear and be sized.

Theme Options > Header Builder > Header Overlap & Transparent > Breadcrumbs Padding (Overlap Only).

Rose – the settings are not populated..

I can see if i turn the “Header Overlap” off – it appears as desired. Not sue how it got turned on.
