Hi, my website is showing a 100% resources usage error ever since I switched to the XStore theme. Previously, I used the Flatsome theme and never encountered such an error. I’ve contacted my hosting provider, Hostinger, and they confirmed that there are no issues from the hosting side. They mentioned, “After checking your detailed resource usage, I can see that processes that were using most of your hosting plan resources were generated from index.php and admin-ajax.php files and this process is reappearing. This means that this issue was created by one or several of your website plugins when specific changes are done regarding these plugins or scheduled tasks are running.”
Please review and resolve this issue. I’ve also sent the logs file and screenshots below for your reference.

Deactivated all plugins
Hi @Daniyal,
With FTP account we could not analys the Resource Usage.
“After checking your detailed resource usage, I can see that processes that were using most of your hosting plan resources were generated from index.php and admin-ajax.php files and this process is reappearing. This means that this issue was created by one or several of your website plugins when specific changes are done regarding these plugins or scheduled tasks are running.”
Can you please ask your hosting provider send all the logs related to the high resources usage? So we can take a closer look?
Thank you!
Warm regards,
The 8Theme Team

Anyone is there??
Dear Daniyal,

Dear Daniyal,
We hope this message finds you well.
We’re writing to inform you that our development team has successfully deactivated the Wordfence plugin and subsequently monitored the Resource Usage Monitor. Upon review, we are pleased to report that the issue of 100% resource usage no longer appears. You may view the current status via the following screenshot link: https://prnt.sc/WCQLiVjhHsV7.
Furthermore, we would like to suggest considering an upgrade to your hosting plan. The Business WordPress plan offers a significant improvement in resources at a modest increase in cost. We believe this upgrade would be beneficial for your operations. For your reference, here is a screenshot detailing the plan: https://prnt.sc/pwpOsPMTr7-7.

need to improve my website speed. I have tried a lot but I am unable to achieve better speed, even though I am using the WP-Rocket plugin

Dear Daniyal,
We kindly request that you navigate to the WP-Rocket settings, select the ‘FILE OPTIMIZATION’ tab, and proceed to activate the ‘Minify Javascript’ and ‘Delay Javascript Execution’ options.
For your reference, here is a screenshot illustrating the settings: https://prnt.sc/bFdDZ_0AhPHH
Additionally, for a comprehensive understanding of these features, we encourage you to review the following article: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1349-delay-javascript-execution

Delaying JavaScript execution can cause issues on the website, as the content will only load when the user scrolls, leading to potential user experience issues such as delayed content rendering and slower perceived performance
Dear @Daniyal,
General site speed depends on many factors – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ , not just on the theme, but our theme is fully optimized.
Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) scores with 20-50 points for mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.
We don’t have a deal with the personal site optimization, unfortunately – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
You can send a request for an additional service – https://prnt.sc/R4u4YTxxKOdI https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I have read your policy and there is no mention of not providing personal website optimization during the support period.
