Hello there! I’ve encountered some issues with the responsive view of the site. The bottom menu it’s not so functional and I prefer to disable it.

On the general shop page or in the “cathegory” page the items are located in two columns and they’re going out the viewport width with some extra padding but in the editor it seems normal.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @osk_iron_jesus,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the mobile version of your website. To rectify the problem, we kindly ask that you deactivate the XStore AMP plugin. This can be done by navigating to your WordPress dashboard, selecting ‘Plugins’, and then ‘Installed Plugins’.

Upon deactivation, you should notice that the issue with displaying the mobile version of your site is resolved. It seems that the problem is specifically linked to the XStore AMP plugin.

Could you please inform us whether you intend to utilize the AMP version of your website? If you do not plan to use it, we suggest keeping the XStore AMP plugin disabled to prevent any further issues.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and are here to provide any further assistance you may require.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
