Translate my website by Loco Translate Translate Plagin

    I have several questions about this

    If I click on Create a new language, three options appear:
    1- Custom
    2- System
    3- Author

    Which is better if WordPress, template, or plugin is updated? I won’t lose any of the translations?

    The second problem is: First, I added a new language using the (System) option. Then it was changed to (Custom). So I saw two files for the same language, one called (System) and the second called (Custom).
    Which one do I use?
    If the System file is deleted after a short period, the file will return to the one you deleted
    As in the attached picture.

    What’s the solution?
