For your convenience, we have provided a reference image in the private content area to illustrate the proper display of the header.

Should you be using a caching plugin or a Content Delivery Network (CDN), we advise that you temporarily disable these services to ensure they are not affecting the visibility of your site’s features.

We kindly request that you proceed with updating the XStore theme to the latest version, (9.3), to ensure optimal performance of your site. https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Could you please provide a clear example of where you have made changes that are not visible on the website?
We can see cache – https://prnt.sc/kVR2uFHWGsh9 and CDN https://prnt.sc/9D_FqZdwOKSK which can be a reason for this behavior.

In the latest version of the theme, we have included a new header builder that allows for the construction of headers using Elementor https://prnt.sc/gvP8_thvQDhV
