    Hi team,

While create a Mobile Panel menu, I am facing an issue. If you visit this URL and change it to mobile view:
    https://skin-seoul.com/trend/
It shows a menu in the bottom.

    1. Trying a custom icon for the HOME menu doesn’t work. You can see in the backend panel that I have uploaded an image as a custom icon for the home but it shows the default icon on the frontend.

    2. I am trying to add a custom menu ( please check the attachment for it ) and it doesn’t work. I need to add a couple of custom menu’s but seems your theme doesn’t show this custom menu on the front end. ( menu Custom Text is: Account )

Attached is a screenshot for reference. Please let me know where I went wrong with its setup.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We suggest that you go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > delete all default elements and add new ones from scratch.

2/ We apologize for the inconvenience, but your request is not entirely clear to us. To assist you more effectively, could you kindly provide us with some screenshots? This will enable us to gain a better understanding of your issue.

#2: In Mobile Panel”, I have created an element by selecting “Custom” and have pointed it with a custom created page. However this custom created element doesn’t show on the frontend.

Please find the attachment for the reference. You have the backend details already so you can give it a try yourself also.

Yes, I implemented the solution you suggested by deleting the existing elements and created from fresh. It didn’t help.

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

There is a fatal error from 3rd party plugin on your site. Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area. Please disable the mentioned plugin, and contact its support to solve the error.

Update theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 and check the Mobile panel after that.

All these steps are crucial and should assist in resolving the issue. However, if the problem persists after these measures, we will require FTP access to your site to conduct a more thorough investigation.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
