Multiple Single Product templates for single product

Is it possible to have two single product templates that work on the same website?

I sell artwork, and one category is custom, where customers can upload pet images and add the pet’s name, frame size, etc. Therefore, when they select “custom doodle portrait,” I want that to go straight to the single product template—just that category. Is this possible?
