Hi,
In the Theme Builder, when I click on Header to create an Elementor Header, I click on XStore PreBuilt templates. I then click on the header type I want to import, but when I click insert, nothing gets inserted. What am I doing wrong? I was able to insert a footer template with no problem.
Hello, Chris,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Pre-create header templates were created using new Elementor containers.
We kindly request that you navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > change the value to “Active”, and try to import header after that.

Thank you for the response, will turning this on delete or otherwise overwrite any current theme design settings I have?
Hello, Chris,
We would like to inform you that your existing design will remain unchanged. However, please note that for any new content you wish to add, you should use containers instead of sections.

Thanks!
