Cannot modify header information (after adding WPML)

I receive this warning after installing WPML and trying to login to wordpress:

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/freshnmcom/public_html/kunden/lr2/wp-config.php:1) in /home/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxx/wp-content/plugins/screets-chat/core/fn.init.php on line 164

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxx/wp-config.php:1)

I cannot login to Dashboard :'(

I have opened the files and saved them as ansi, that helped…

but now I receive

Notice: Undefined variable: response in /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/plugins/screets-chat/screets-chat.php on line 792
