Revolution Slider not displaying properly

Hi, I purchased IDStore a couple of days ago and am in the process of implementing it in my site. However, I just can’t seem to get the Revolution Slider displaying properly. See www,faydesigns.ie

I have read the documentation, looked at the video tutorials and read through the forums but can’t find a solution.

I also noticed that you advised someone else to “Show revolution slider instead of breadcrumbs and page title”. But the PAGE LAYOUT area in my Home Page does not have that option.

I would appreciate your help

Hello,

“Show revolution slider instead of breadcrumbs and page title” isn’t related to IDStore theme, but to other themes.
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hi, I managed to get some parts of the slider working but not another part. The slider is now stretched across the width of the age but is too big, how do I make the size of the slider image smaller? I can see an option to “Image Scale (dimensions in pixel)” in the Edit Slide section but it won’t allow me to imput any sizes.

Hello,

Go to Revolution Slider > Settings and disable “Unlimited Height”, “Force Full Width” in “Main Slider Settings” section. Also you can set Layers Grid Size for your slider.

Please try it.
