Translation files not working for Bulgrian

    Hi, I’m having issues with getting the translation files to work. I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYBlzdJs5PU and followed all the steps. Could you please let me know where I might be going wrong. I have uploaded a photo of loco translate.

    Hi can I just rename the files on my laptop and upload them again? Do I need to rename them via FTP?

    Also, is this the only way to reach out to you, isn’t there a live chat or something else because this is taking a long time for a response.

    You can just rename the files on your laptop and upload them again. we hope this helps.

    Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.

    Hi, the file name you suggested doesn’t seem to be correct. I get an error (see screenshot)

    Hi, I can’t open the links in your messages. Which of the two files in my screenshot is for WP-dashboard > Loco > Themes > XStore and which one is for the plug in?

    Is it possible that you access my dashbpard and help me, I’m really struggling?

    Hi,

    The reason there is no translation file is because I don’t know which translation file to upload there. The video tutorial is not helpful because it looks different on my Weordpress panel.

    If you won’t help me with this, I need clear instructions on what to do. You didn’t even respond to the question in my previous message.

    I have attached a screenshot. Please look at it and answer my question. I don’t need you to refer me to tutorials and videos, I’ve already watched them all and read them all and they are not helping me.

    I need this to be sorted, it has been going on for days now. As I said if this is not sorted I will be requesting a refund and writing a review on Envato.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, We have solved your issue now on your site.
    As previously explained.
    We downloaded the .po and .mo files of the theme language (Bulgarian) and core plugin language files from here: https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/

    And uploaded to your site from wp-content/languages/loco/themes as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/qB8wm8H

    After that, we changed your site language to Bulgarian from WP-Dashboard >> Settings >> General as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/q56gQR3

    And then changed the word Buy Now from that language files and it worked on your site, please refer to the below-given screenshots: https://ibb.co/txsBLTf
