Issue with new Elementor Product Builder – Variations cannot be added!!

Hi

I am creating a new product page layout using elementor, as when you visit your builder you get this message:

Important Notice:
The current Single product builder will no longer be available after January 1, 2025. We recommend switching to our new Single product builder, which is built with Elementor for better performance and user experience.
To access the new Single product builder, click here
```
However, you might need to back-up a little as there is no way to add attributes! They just do not work, and this is a critical issue that should be addressed long before you make your current builder redundant!

I appreciate you say “you can use image attributes” but why should we lose the most basic of feature when it’s critical for any eCommerce website to have variations? Plus, the image attribute 100% does not work with this theme – see example here -> https://i.imgur.com/h6I1pgk.png

I notice there is another thread about this issue and the excuses you made there are not really acceptable, variants is a critical element of ecommerce! See last thread here -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/elementor-single-product-page-variations-not-showing/

So can we please have a fix for this asap so that we do not lose these features – or can you at least not make your builder redundant if this is not possible?

Hi

I disabled the elementor builder as variations were not working. I am using your custom builder. Let me have a play around with the settings you showed in your screenshot – so are you saying standard variations will now work fine in elementor?

Thanks – I’ll come back to you later once I have a play as I am currently using your builder for ease.

Yes, XStore Buidlers > Single Product > via Elementor (this is our new builder with Elementor) and variations should work there fine.
