    Hi,

After i updated the theme, i noticed that some translations are missing, but they are done on the loco translate plugin.
See this example of the checkout: https://prnt.sc/k-RMEdug9iAH
    And in loco translate: https://prnt.sc/dGTUO3SgJBe9

I have already read some of the topics i found that had the same problem, an i tried to recolocate the files, sync the files and save, etc, but none of them worked for me.

Any idea of what i need to do?
On private content area i will give you access to the production website.

    Thank you,
    Best regards

    Good afternoon,

Thank you for your response, was there anything you said that you couldn’t understand?

I am doing the translation of the XSTORE CORE strings using loco translate. From what I saw, this problem happened to a lot of people. After updating the theme, the strings were no longer translated and according to loco translate there is some theme overlap.

I would ask you to take a closer look at my request as I renewed the support so I could have assistance.

    Thanks

    Hello @Link&Grow,

Based on the fact that you’re utilizing the default WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Ch6ncRF1y0zZ), those strings are sourced from WooCommerce plugin files (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4TJoCUaWJRIj). In this scenario, I recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author regarding this matter, as it appears to be independent of our theme’s translation strings.

As an alternative solution, we recommend utilizing our Elementor widgets for Cart/Checkout pages, where everything appears to function seamlessly even at present (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ohjNWO0f3n3P). For further guidance, please refer to our documentation (link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-checkout-page-builder-with-elementor/).

    Thank you for your understanding!
