I added the hook from the title to the order confirmation email, as I installed an order tracking plugin and it was not displaying the information due to the theme’s email editor.
When adding the hook it shows the tracking correctly, but it is adding the phrase “Pay with cash upon delivery” and I don’t understand why. I have been looking with Loco Translate and I have seen that it is a phrase from the Woocommerce plugin. I have tried deleting it, but it still shows up in the email.
How can I delete it? Thank you very much.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding the order confirmation email.
To proceed effectively, we require wp-admin and FTP access to further diagnose.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

It’s because of the firewall. Now you should.
Hello,
Thank you for wp-admin access.
About FTP, https://prnt.sc/ZpTrLR-E3gIb
We kindly ask if you could attempt to connect to the FTP server using FileZilla on your end.
Once you have successfully established a connection, we would greatly appreciate it if you could verify and provide us with the correct credentials to ensure seamless access on our part.

It’s ok for me. Try this username (private content area)
Thank you for providing the details. Before proceeding further, we recommend checking the functionality of your tracking plugin and the texts it displays when our Email builder is inactive. If the text continues to appear, we advise reaching out to the support teams of WooCommerce or the Order Tracking plugin, as this issue appears to be unrelated to our theme.
Additionally, upon inspecting the code of the WooCommerce plugin, we discovered that they offer settings for modifying the texts. These settings can be found in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments -> Cache of Delivery [https://prnt.sc/Ve-7aYa9ZP6L]. We suggest attempting to set these texts to empty strings or “-” and then verifying if this resolves your query.
We eagerly await your response and remain at your disposal to assist further.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson
