What is the best practice for updating the Wpbakery Builder? To download it from our account on support section or wait for the “update” option to appear in the theme plugins page in WordPress?

WPBakery plugin has started to block automatic updates from all sources except their own. For further information on this matter, please refer to the following article from WPBakery’s knowledge base: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/faq/can-i-update-wpbakery-page-builder-if-i-have-purchased-it-in-a-theme/
You can download the plugin archive from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
