It looks like you are trying to install a wrong archive (full package instead WP theme only). Or you did not check requirements – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

Ok i installed this but it is showing this message, why? xstore core is installed….

This theme version requires the XStore Core plugin to be updated to at least version 5.3.6 Here’s how to update the XStore Core plugin:
1. Dashboard: Go to “Updates” in your WordPress Dashboard, click “Check again,” and update the plugin.
2. FTP: Download the updated XStore Core plugin from your Downloads section and upload it via FTP.
3. Full Theme Package: Extract the plugin from the full theme package you downloaded from ThemeForest and upload it via FTP.
4. Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades Plugin: Use this WordPress plugin for a simplified update process.
Don’t forget to clear your strong cache for the best performance after the update! Thank you for choosing XStore!

Yes i know but it is only swhowing the DEACTIVATE button, not more options…. i tried to deactivate and activate but still not working

Hello, Nedimzidane,

Please download the plugin archive from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
