    Hello, Aulakh, Sam,

We would like to bring to your attention that utilizing the Appearance theme editor or a file manager plugin to implement fixes or code carries the risk of inducing fatal errors. Such errors could potentially result in you being locked out and the website becoming inaccessible. It is for this reason that we recommend editing files through FTP; the use of the File Manager or theme editor alone does not offer the level of security and control required for such operations.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Dear Sam Aulakh,

I hope this message finds you well. During our recent review of your website, we observed that errors are being displayed to users who are not logged in, while logged-in users do not encounter these issues. It is important to note that these errors appear to originate from the Litespeed plugin, as indicated by the browser console.

We believe that certain settings within the Litespeed plugin may be responsible for these issues. A similar problem has been discussed in the Litespeed plugin support forum, where a potential solution has been provided. You can review the discussion and suggested solution at the following link: [Litespeed Plugin Support Topic](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lazy-load-images-function-uncaught-typeerror-d-update-is-not-a-function/).

We recommend trying the solution outlined in the forum. Alternatively, you may wish to contact the plugin’s support team for a more thorough investigation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards,

    Jack Richardson

    Hello @Aulakh, Sam

Web development involves a multitude of technologies and standards, from HTML for content structure to CSS for styling and JavaScript for interactivity. When these resources are combined, they form the backbone of a website. However, the way browsers interpret and execute these resources can vary, and sometimes combining them can lead to unexpected issues.

For instance, combining JavaScript and CSS files can sometimes result in conflicts or dependencies that aren’t properly resolved, leading to errors or unintended behavior. These conflicts might stem from differences in the way browsers parse and execute code, or from specific requirements or restrictions imposed by different validators or testing tools.

Furthermore, the performance of a website can be heavily influenced by how its resources are optimized and delivered. Cache plugins, for example, play a crucial role in optimizing the loading speed of a website by storing frequently accessed resources and reducing server load. However, the optimal settings for a cache plugin can vary depending on the specific requirements and configurations of each website.

In essence, while combining JavaScript and CSS files can streamline the loading process and improve performance under ideal circumstances, it’s important to consider the unique characteristics and requirements of each website. Finding the most optimized settings for cache plugins and other performance-enhancing tools can help mitigate issues and ensure consistent performance across different web projects.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

Thank you for providing details regarding the Google Map warnings. We have identified that these warnings stem from the Google Map Elementor widget utilized in your website’s footer area. Please be assured that these warnings are not critical and may be disregarded at this time.

We have forwarded your concerns to our development team. They will investigate the possibility of migrating the Google Map script and aim to address these warnings in an upcoming update.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Hello @Aulakh, Sam,
Changes were made in next files (many pieces of code):
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor.php
    et-core-plugin/app/assets/js/google-map.js

As I previously wrote those changes will be included in next theme update so, you won’t lose them anyway.

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

I hope this message finds you well. We have received your recent communication regarding the issue you observed on your website, described as “strange I still see this.” Upon review, it appears that this issue is distinct from the ones we have previously addressed and successfully resolved.

In response to your current concern, we have conducted a thorough examination of your website’s frontend and have not identified the issues you mentioned. You can view the screenshot of our findings here: [https://prnt.sc/Iw04l4vI3iVN]. Additionally, it is important to note that the header on your testing website is built using Elementor, whereas the header on the main site is constructed with Customizer, which might contribute to the differences you are experiencing.

Furthermore, while inspecting the Home page through the Elementor editor, we encountered several errors that appear to be related to your server or CDN configuration. This is indicated by discrepancies between your website’s URL and the URLs of the files being loaded. More details can be found in the private content section of our correspondence.

To streamline our support and address your concerns more efficiently, we kindly request that you submit separate topics for each distinct issue in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
