When I try to use the mobile menu in the mobile panel, it leads to a 404 code error “Oops, looks like the page is lost. This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional.” Also changing anything in the mobile menu portion of the header builder doesn’t do anything on my end. Any suggestions?

    Hello, Cusp,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Go to Settings > Permalinks > check if you use the Post name type http://prntscr.com/s7zqco and re-save permalinks. If “Post name” is selected already, select another one, then set “Post name” and save.

2/ We’ve checked the Mobile menu settings and changes are visible https://prnt.sc/CSQPBNPBgbWh > https://prnt.sc/41hODaSuT9Jl

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

That took me way too long to try and figure out. Thank you so much! You are the best.
