Hello Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out regarding the Posts Widget on my website. Currently, the widget is limited to displaying a maximum of 200 posts. However, I have a growing number of posts on my website, and I need the flexibility to display more than 200 posts.
Is there a way to adjust this limit to allow for an unlimited number of posts to be displayed in the Posts Widget? If so, could you please guide me through the necessary steps to make this adjustment?
I appreciate your assistance in this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
Thank you,
Hello, Papuna,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please provide the URL of the page where the widget is being used? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hello 8Theme’s Team,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I’ve just created a new admin account for you to access the WordPress Dashboard. You should have received it in private content area. If you encounter any issues logging in or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Regarding the FTP credentials, I’ll need some guidance in creating them. Could you please provide instructions on how to generate the FTP host, username, password, port, and encryption type? Once I have these details, I’ll promptly provide them to you.
Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to resolving this matter together.
Best regards,
Papuna
Hi @Papuna,
To create a FTP Account, please take a look at this article: https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/files/ftp-accounts/.
Hope it helps!
Please take a look.

Hi @Papuna,
Which page are you using the Posts widget and you see this issue?
We’ve checked your News page and we could see that you assigned the ყველა category this posts widget.
This category has 56 post items and you set 9 post items per page so the total page is 7.
Everything looks correct now.
Can you please check?
Thank you!
Thats true, but as I see maximum capacity of that widget is 200 posts, but at this website posts will reach 2000 in next week because I have imported old posts from the old website. Cant we use that plugin for unlimited posts?
Hi @Papuna,
Since we have the pagination below the posts widget so there is no the limitation.
Can you please try adding more than 200 posts to the ყველა category again?
After that we can double check.
Thank you so much!
I’ve added posts, in total I have 1400 posts but visible is only 200.
Hi @Papuna,
Under Post Limit setting, you’ve set to 200(https://prnt.sc/OYPH9oi7A9aT). We’ve changed it to -1 now all the posts are showing.
Can you check again?
Thank you!
