Hello,
I’m in the midst of trying to install the plugin “XSTORE CORE” which is prompted as required, and I’m trying to import the yoga demo, which I am unable to. When I try to install the plugin, it says “Oops it looks something went wrong. Please check your system requirements first”. However, I’ve checked and the system requirements comply.
Also, when I try to click import demo, nothing happens.
Please assist.

Please make sure that the Kirki plugin is not activated.
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I don’t think there is a Kirki plugin that i have.
