    Hello,

I’m currently using the Swatches filter widget on my shop page, but I’ve encountered an issue. Whenever I attempt to filter by size 6, the filter doesn’t seem to work properly and displays all products on the shop page instead of filtering them correctly. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello, thank you very much for addressing my issue. I regret to inform you that the filter isn’t working. Initially, I had it set to OR but it wasn’t functioning. I switched it to AND in my tests without achieving any results. Thus, changing it to OR doesn’t solve the problem. If you select Size 2, it displays products that don’t have Size 2.

Tony, thank you very much for responding, but I’m not quite understanding why you say it’s working. You’re selecting size 2, yet the filter displays products that don’t have size 2 (attached image). I mention this because I’ve already built another store with Xstore, and the filter works as it should. However, I can’t quite grasp why it’s not functioning correctly with this new page.

Can you see the other page I initially made here so you can understand what I mean?

    Hello, @Felipe Rojas,

We have identified the cause of the issue you encountered. It appears that an attribute was added to a product with a variation, but the inventory for this variation was set to zero.

To resolve this, we have updated the inventory for the variation from zero to the appropriate stock level. This adjustment should rectify the issue you experienced.

Furthermore, we have prepared a detailed video to guide you through the steps we took to address this matter. You can view this video in the private content area for your reference.

We trust this will assist you in managing similar situations in the future. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

Hello Tony, good afternoon. You’re doing completely the opposite of what I want to do. The units are set to 0 because we don’t have units of that product. The problem is that the filter isn’t working. I’ll repeat:

If you select size 2 in the filter, it should only show products with size 2. But it’s also showing products that don’t have available units for size 2.

I already made a website with XSTORE and the filter works fine, but I don’t know why this new installation isn’t working.

    Hi @Felipe Rojas,

It seems you selected all the sizes for your products. Please remove the sizes with are not available in your products:

In the video above, you should remove the size 8 attribute from your product.

Let us know how it goes!
